For some time now I've been in the beginning stages of lucid dreaming, I can realize I'm in the dream, and I can recall each and every dream, infact, I thoroughly remember every dream I've had (pretty much) since I was two. I am not looking for a forum, but an email rather if you can help me experiance these amazing dreams.

  1. I don't know much about these things, but I am curious and love to learn. If you want to talk or something you can email or IM me at claudn@yahoo.com.

  2. I need to ask a few questions before proceeding. Please be honest because if you really want to talk about it some, I may be willing.

    How old are you?

Do you take any substances to supliment the dream experience?

Why do you want to experience these dreams so much?

Does this in any way interfere with you experiencing reality fully?

*edit* I will respond here in an edit if you can answer these questions for me, please.

  3. I can only say I have been attempting to have these dreams for sometime.  I have had 4 and don't really know how I did it.  The first two were very short as I wanted to look around and opened my physical eyes and woke up.  The other two times I did maintain the dream for a few minutes and in one was able to consciously move about and do various actions.  It did not last near long enough.

There is a small book by Stephen LaBerge, "Lucid Dreaning: A Concise Guide to Awakening in Your Dreams and in Your Life".
