I'm looking for someone who I can commission art from?

I need a drawing for a guild I'm in, but I really suck at drawing. I'm looking for someone who can draw me a snow leopard with wings, preferably in an anime-ish style. It needs to be a "demon" and if you want to draw a human form with it I would be very thankful.

If you want something for this all I can really offer is Gold on Gaia Online.....
