I assume this is from a camcorder or camera.

The link is to a 3.5 mm stereo mini plug to dual RCA female jack cable --- which is the closest I can find to what you are asking for.

However, since the internal wiring of the video and audio on the original cable are unknown .. and the original mini-jack is a triple connector which the linked cable doesn't match it may not work right and you will have to experiment with the two RCA connectors to figure out which is going to be for audio and which for video.

It would be much safer to use 2 RCA gender changers (2nd link) on the existing cable and simply ignore the unneeded (red or white) connector (which means you will get mono, not stereo, audio)
