I'm looking for the most beautiful/romantic place St.Paul, Minnesota, does anyone know?

I've heard from my friends that there's place on a mountain in St.Paul where we can see a view of the whole St.Paul city. They said that this is a good place for couples who want to find themselves a romantic moment. I dont remember exactly which one of my friends told me this, so I was wondering if someone would know this place and let me know what it's called and where it is. Thank you!

Well, there are a few places where you can get an incredible panoramic view of the city.

One of the is Mounds Park on the East Side.   If you take E. 7th from downtown, you will take a right at Mounds Blvd. and cross the freeway onramp.  You can get an amazing view of downtown St. Paul and the MIssissippi River up there and you can also see the ancient Indian burial mounds as well. That's probably the most romantic place.

Another place is from the Cathedral of St. Paul.  Great place and great views of the city.  

And yet another is from the High Bridge.  If you take Smith Avenue on the West Side, it will take you up the High Bridge and next to the bridge on the other side of the river, there is a little park where you can get great views.

I think your friend is probably talking about Mounds Park though.
