I'm looking into buying this digital piano what are good questions to ask?

Found a few uprights in the area that are around the same price. I'm not sure how age will effect a digital but I'm not interested in having the burden of needing a piano tuned but want weighted keys to practice on.

So when I call this lady what should I be asking about other than age, etc?

You might ask about the price of repair. That piano seems old.
