I'm looking to build a body kit and sub box out of fiberglass and i need help?

I have a 1994 honda civic and i am going want to build a fiberglass sub box and a full body kit for my car i was wanting to know how to make the molds and just how to fiberglass in general and what kind of fiberglass i should use. All you can tell me you be very helpful. thanks.
