Is there anyway to special order one without that huge speedometer in the middle of the dash? If so, how much extra does that cost?

no that's the stock dash.

you could look at having it modified or replaced with after market parts but that would be costly and expensive.

best to get use to it or look at another vehicle.

by the way i dont think you can do this better you go to shop specialist it add or change things like that .
