I'm looking to buy a camcorder for mini-films. What do you recommend?

I'm looking to buy a camcorder that is small and has a hand strap. But I'm looking to buy one that has a rechargeable battery (Not regular batteries) and one that has good video quality. The most important thing that I am looking for is one with really good sound. That is the most important thing that I need. Are there any types you would recommend that is under $120-ish?
