I'm looking to buy a camera i used to use minidv because i could hook it to my comp and use it as a webcam

Not really a webcam more like te camera i use for my live broadcast on ustream.tv. I want to get a Hard Disk Camera. i was just wondering if it will still have live playback in my computer

  2. Most hard drive camcorders do not have webstreaming capabilities - if they do, the instructions for connecting are in the manual... So... if you think you found the camcorder you want, DON'T buy it - go to the manufacturer's website and download the manual... if the webstreaming instructions are not in there, the camera *probably* won't do it, so move on to the next camera.
