  1. They do exist, try searching the site I've attached.

  2. Just google adapted cars for hire and you will find hundreds of them..

    Here is a starting point.

  3. OK so do you need a driving school - ie instructor who teaches in an adapted car OR do you need adaptors for YOUR personal car?

If it is the latter then there are numerous companies online that sell adaptors for drivers with disabilities. It really depends on what you require - whether it is adaptors for pedals or steering wheels.

Many instructors will do lessons in YOUR vehicle - just phone and ask them.

Please visit the following links for info on driving / learning to drive with a disability - any other questions queries give me a shout :)

  4. Contact one of the leading driving schools and ask them if they have a car that would suit your needs.

Obviously there will be some somewhere and there may be a facility for driving schools to have the use of one for the duration of your tuition.

  5. I searched 'adaptive equipment and cars' and found this site:  http://www.unitedspinal.org/pdf/ahc.pdf

On the same site is this link:  http://www.nmeda.org

I don't personally know anything about those sites but they seem non-profit as they end in ".org" as opposed to ".com" which stands for commercial, for-profit.

  6. I would contact one of the companies you mentioned, and explain your needs, if they are looking for a sale in the future they may help you out. I understand the everyone has different needs so it would be important to contact a professional to install what you need.
