I'm looking to order a punching bag online and need a little help.?

Question

i want a heavy bag around shoulder to knee length or bigger. everything is listed in lbs. so the size i want would be a 50lbs? 75lbs? 100?

whats the best material to buy it in? nylon/vinyl/synthetic leather/nevatear?

and approximately how much would one of these bags weigh if filled with sand&sawdust?

i have a old leather everlast 100 bag that i have had for about 10 yrs. now it works for me and the most i have done to it is tapped up the sides a little best place to order one online is probally title.com or you can try a second hand sports store in your area you will get the bag right away and know exactly what your getting plus it will save a little money for you

If u really wanna improve your punching power, get a 100lb. Heavy bag! I've always used leather bags. They seem to last a lot longer and move around better then the others. Rocky Marciano and his brother made a 300 POUND heavy bag so he'd have to work harder punching it and that's how he was able to throw cannon like punches and knock guys out with one punch!

I always use the nevatear and have had several bags last many years with some serious kickboxing abuse. I always buy 100 lb bags also and they are VERY VERY heavy and if you dont hang them very secure or have a huge basement house it WILL rattle the house and shake as i have found out in 3 homes i have hung them in. A good alternative is a sand or waterfilled base bag, they are not as fun but sit on the ground. The punching BOB with water base is great fun too.
