I'm looking to purchase a mobile photo van frequently found in carnivals.?

The vans have a camera system within, with some sort of printing equipment to make t-shirts, pins and posters of carnival customers' photos taken right on the spot. Any advice on how I can find out where to rent or purchase one? Preferably purchase. Lotsa thanx!
