  1. Does the College know you want to move it?

    Yes, it is possible to lease a retired Cruise ship though I doubt you can afford it after moving a College. If you can manage the logistics and expenses of moving a College, I'm sure you can find docking space for the Cruise Ship though I doubt you can actually dock it without some training and a couple tugboats to push your ends around.

    However, good luck with all that. You're very ambitious.


  2. You can lease a cruise ship, yes. You will need a ship that can pass Port State Control, which means that you're going to need a maritime consultant, legal team and captain/crew to manage the purchase, outfitting and writing of the charter party.
