I'm looking to rent a beach house/vacation house in galveston or the houston area for a huge party. Help?

Every place that I have found online so far does not allow people to rent their homes for parties. I would like to have someplace big enough for people to stay the night if they need to and enough space to park outside. I know it is possible to get beach houses for special events like prom and all that so if anyone knows where to find those places, please let me know! Or, if you have your own beach house/vacation rental I would gladly pay you to use it for a weekend.

They're properties owned by individuals instead of companies.  Some of them seem a little more lax about things.  Good luck, and let me know if you find one! :)
