We wanted to stay at Atlantis, but were shocked at the price!! I was wondering which hotel people who have been to Paradise Island would recommend? One that's close to a beach, Atlantis, and entertainment! Help!!

  1. I would recommend looking at hotels on Cable Beach.

The is a Sheraton, a Wyndham and a couple of others.

Cable Beach is less crowded than Atlantis, less expensive, and the beach and pool areas are nice.

The Wyndham has a casino and sports book, and do offer live entertainment shows.

The island is small enough that if you want to visit the Atlantis resort you can take a taxi or the ferry across to get to it.

I have been to both, and if you are looking at a budget friendly vacation, Cable Beach will be much more enjoyable to you.

  2. Flamingo Bay is where we stayed in Paradise Island in '04. It had 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, den, small pool and patio. I dont know the price range but it was comfortable staying.  It's very close to the beach and Atlantis. You should look it up.

  3. You can search and choose hotel information, rates and availability for free in over 200 countries world wide at my profile.

  4. The only place you can stay and have full access to the Atlantis is the Comfort Inn, which is right across the street.  It's a nice property and it's great that you get to use all the Atlantis amenities.  The Atlantis pools and beaches are amazing, and it's walking distance.

  5. Sunrise Villas may be right for you.  On the beach..

Remember.. only Guests of the Atlantis are allowed access to thier beaches, slides and pools..

If you can afford Comfort Suites.. you'll get full access to Atlantis as well, but it's not ON the beach.
