this would be an awesome costume for you! Pink always has like pink tips in her hair so at hot topic they sell semi permanent color or you could get hair pieces and cut them.

Use gel to spike your hair. She has like fishnet stocking which you can get any place that is halloween. or at hot topic

for the dress you can probably get like a pink and black striped shirt, stretch it out and cut it.

for the makeup she just basically puts blush higher up on her cheek and near her eyes she puts eyeshadow on.

Then eyeliner, mascara and a pink shaded lip gloss.
