I'm lookinginto opening and running a chinese buffet in my local town as there are only takeaways?

but i need to source a chinese food / ingredients supplier, can anyone help or point in the right directions, supplier will have to be in the uk, west sussex, south coast england.

  2. Do you have any experience. It appears to me that if you do not know any ingredient suppliers you  could have problems in getting a business off the ground. Start small with your local Chinese stores who if you are regular will offer good discounts.

    There are several Chinese and Eastern Food Wholesalers.

    Come into London's China town and you would be able to find out from the various shops there who the wholesalers are and I am sure the wholesalers will deliver to wherever you are.

    If all else fails, place a regular order to one of the big London or nearest city players and either have it couriered to you or make trips to them as and when you require.

    Here's a tip- extend the menu to include Thai- will make a huge difference to business
