  1. The River Styx is from Greek mythology and is part of Hades, the Underworld where all the dead souls went.  Styx is guarded by a ferryman sometimes called Charon, and it separates Earth from Hades.  Dante used the River Styx in his Divine Comedy as the river condemned souls must cross to enter h**l.  Dante also had Styx in the fifth circle of h**l where the wrathful are drowned for all eternity.

  2. if i remember correctly, i read it from mythology written by edith hamilton and dante's inferno by dante. isn't it the river that the dead needs to cross to get to the other world (Hade's place)?

it's usually referred to as the underworld so perhaps it's somewhere in h**l.

and if i remember correctly, it's "styx".

  3. If I'm not mistaken it's just a little past the bend of River Ftive but just before River Steven.

  4. Right after the River Stive.

  5. Hopefully it's still ahead of you.

  6. River Styx was purely mythical or not actually real if and only if people named one.

Man, are you trying to get to h**l by killing your own self?

  7. Hey, howd you get pass the walls of dis!?!

    *disembowels you*

  8. It is just beyond the pale.
