  2. Chicken! Baked, broiled, fried... How ever you make it!

    If they are vegetarians, try: Beans, tofu (;D), spices, or etc. Check out your local co-op!

  13. Here is a very easy crock pot recipe. 4 Chicken b*****s, a can of crushed pinapple and a bottle of BBQ sauce. Add all to the crockpot, cook on low for 4 to 6 hours. Serve over rice.

    It's VERY good, and VERY easy!

    Brown 4 chicken b*****s or pieces in olive oil.

    Take out chicken and put aside.

    Pour a cup or more of frozen onions and a cup or more of frozen bell peppers into the pan.

    Sautee peppers and onions.  Add some garlic.

    Pour in two cans of chopped Italian style tomatoes.

    Put chicken back in with tomatoes, etc.

    Simmer until chicken is done - the longer, the better!
