I'm making a new youth club. Help?

I need as much ideas of what activities i could have as possible. Doesn't matter about the budget at the moment, but I just need hundreds of Ideas!

Pool table, football table, quiet area, computers, kitchen area or shop to buy sweets and drinks.

Camping....

Teaching survival skills..

You could have something like scouts with out all the king and country la dee da in...

Sports, tennis, running !!!!!!!!!

Getting involved in local volenteering projects...

Painting the local bus stops, with permision from the local council of course, brighten the local area up :)

Cooking classes :)

Get them building go-carts and have a race.....

Team projects would be great.....

See what the kids want to do.....

Singing groups, Painting groups.

Swimming in the local pool.

Charity walks/runs.

Camping was the most fun i can remember as a kid, out in the wild.... All around a camp fire and telling ghost stories.
