I am serving sushi as a side dish to chinese food. (It's an anniversary party for my parents. Chinese is my dad's davorite and sushi is my mom's.) i'm having 50 people. There will be eggrolls, rice, salads, noodles, different kinds of meats, etc. I just want enough sushi so everyone can enjoy a couple pieces but not enough as a meal. How much do you think I have to order?

  1. 3-4 pieces per person.  Sushi is filling.

  2. most party guest eats about 5 sushi rolls you would need to buy 250 sushi rolls for everyone

  3. 2 - 3 pieces per person.  menu sounds fabulous.  Very nice gesture, I am sure the party will be fun.

  4. Order about 6 pieces per guest. That's like standard sushi size. Its equivalent to one order of sushi per person.

But, you might also want to consider how many of your guest are into sushi (its not a fave amongst many I dont think)

  5. loads!!!!!!!!!!sushi is awesome

  6. The standard for a party is having 2-3 per guest. If you have 2-3 of everything you said than you ill be able to fill everyone up.

  7. I would make 10 rolls and cut them into about 7 slices each
