I'm moderator but not owner of restricted group, Invite Members link not shown anywhere. How do I get link?

I'm the moderator but not the owner of a restricted group. I was made moderator by the owner last night, and it does show that I'm a moderator. However, I don't see the "Invite members" link anywhere - it's not on the Members page, nor is it on the home page (and just to make sure I wasn't missing it, I searched for the word "invite" on the page). Is there something else that the owner has to do to allow me to invite members?

invite and add is one of the nine privilege that wasn't given to you by the owner.

to see which of the nine privileges the owner gave you, on the homepage click members, locate your ID And click edit membership below it- scroll to bottom next page- green you can red you cant
