I'm moving unexpectedly and very soon. I have furniture (couch, dresser, table) that I don't want to take with me. I'm so busy moving, I don't have time to try and sell it to individual buyers on e.g. craigslist. Really, I just need to get rid of it -- FAST. What are my options? What's the best way to do it? Some of the furniture is too large/heavy for me to move myself -- who should I have handle moving it?

  2. You could put a poster on your mailbox post that says furniture for sale, inquire inside on a day that you will be home. If you don't want money for it- you could drag it out to your curb, it will go FAST. You could call Salvation Army- they will come and pick it up.

  3. Call Goodwill or Salvation Army.  They will come out and take it.
