I'm moving and I need a new ISP?

I'm moving and I cannot get Roadrunner there because it is "too far from the poles." Whatever that means. So could someone list some fast, popular ISPs? DSL or Broadband please.

You are going to have to google the area you are moving to as not all places have the same ISP's.
