I'm moving and I need bedroom help?

well for my room I was thinking of doing my room retro with a 21st century twist but I'm confused on how I should do it. Like what accessories would go with what i'm trying to do. any suggestions? Pictures would be great. my mom was saying we might look at ikea so maybe pictures from there but it doesn't matter =]
