Find them in the members list.  Click Edit Membership.  Click Make Owner.  You can then leave the group if you want.

If you are the owner, you can grant somebody else to be the moderator, here is how:

You can do the same thing above, if you are the privilege moderator, if you are not a privileged moderator, you cannot grant it to somebody else. For this, you have to contact the owner of the group: [e-mail] For more info please have a look at the following:
