If you live in an apartment building make a list of everything you want to sell and leave it by the mailboxes with tear offs of your phone number. Quick and Cheap and Easy.

Craigslist, I have gotten rid of alot of stuff on Craigslist.  Just make sure that you only take cash.

craigslist has always worked well for me.

If it's decent and you don't need the cash, why not donate it? You'll get a good tax deduction and the satisfaction of helping others. Plus, they'll come pick it up.
