Ok well by solar system, I mean that i'm going to have stars, planets, ect. I'm going to get glow-in-the-dark stars to put on my ceiling too. I want my room to look like you just stepped into outer space!

Now what I need your help with is: What else could I do with it?

I mean besides planets and stars and stickers and all that, what else could I do? I want it to be a unique room and I want to be viewed as a creative person!

So thanks in advance, i'll pick the best answer tomorrow.

P.S. the room is a dark blue, if that helps any!

  1. Make sure your bed isn't in the asteroid belt

  2. You can get some pictures or posters of diffrent systems, nebulas, etc...and hang them up. You can also get a charge of the constilations and place the glow in the dark stars on the ceiling to form some of the constilations.

Use silver painted accents (like shelves, desk, chair, etc...)

I know they are not "spacey" looking but Quartz crystals are pretty when displayed in a solar themed room.

Run a strand of clear christmas lights on the wall behind the headboard of the bed, so that there is a glow when it is turned on. You can also do the same thing behind drapes or around the window. Just don't for get to unplug them.

  3. How about a dark chocolate comforter on your bed it would look good with the dark blue walls and the planets (are you going to hang them above your bed? It would look best that way)!! Tell me what you are going to do I would love to give you more suggestions!!!!!
