I'm moving just when i feel like i belong, I have to leave why do i move so much!!!?

and i moved on total of 11 times

and i always loose friends

and i finally feel like i fit in were i live and have a lot of friends who can back me up

but i dont want to move

how can i tell ym parents i dont want to move

That's pretty sad that you have no say so.  Just remember to look at the bright side of life when you look back on things.

You will have friends all over the country.  You really should consider yourself blessed that in the end, you can move back to wherever it is you want to when you are all grown.

You're very fortunate that you live in the world of the internet these days too.  Friends are but a click away, and with webcams and videos it's like they are there with you.  I know it's not the same but when you can't do much about your lot in life you have to take what you can get.

Do talk to your parents and tell them you are sick of how they are making you live.
