I'm moving to Spain can i take my boyfriend with me his not a EU national?

i'm british so i have no problem going anywhere in the eu, i have just been offered a job in spain and have to move there i have a boyfriend an we've been togather for 6 years his all i have and i want to take him with me but there is one problem his a pakistani national living in the uk, i'm not sure if i can take him with me, dose anyone know wht i can do to take him with me, plzz . need help urgently

  1. Try "googling" your question, or contact the Spanish consulate: they should know better.

    unless, he too, finds a job in Spain,since he is not EU national ? he will have to obtain a work visa to enter Spain with you...

    how long has he been residing in the UK? you could consider marriage?

    he has options,such as the UK citizenship?

    but now with you leaving to work? it makes time a bit short ......to start procedure.

  4. Has he been in the UK for more than five years?

    It might be possible to apply for a UK passport - I believe the costs are quite high though $3,000 / £1,200

    Alternatively, consider marriage.
