  1. I have ran across many bilingual work at home jobs that you might be interested in.  Go to http://www.workathomedesk.com and check out the work at home job leads where I have seen a couple.  You can also check out the directory which has lists of legitimate companies that hire home workers.  Hope this helps.  Good luck!

  2. Torreon, Coahuila is a fast growing industrial city so this is a good place to look for work.  That said -- of what country are you a citizen?  You will have better luck finding a job if you are a Mexican citizen, BUT you will be paid Mexican wage rates.  If you are NOT a Mexican citizen, it will be easiest for you to find legal employment if you have the job FIRST before moving here.  You will need the company to help you obtain an FM3, for example, if you are a US citizen.

I usually read the classifieds from El Siglo every Sunday and know that if you are bilingual, have solid educational credentials and work experience, it is possible to get a reasonably paying job here in Torreon (again, Mexican wage scale).  John Deere, Caterpillar, Takata, Superior Essex, Tyson, and Lincoln Electric are just a few of the global manufactuers here who might be interested in your credentials.

I've posted the link for El Siglo below.

  3. Are you a Mexican citizen?  If not you cannot legally work in Mexico without an FM3 visa with a work permit.  These are very difficult to get and are usually offered only to highly educated people with much needed high-tech skills.  You must find an employer willing to hire you, write a letter to immigration stating he is giving you a job that he cannot find a Mexican national for, and sponsor your work visa.  I doubt you could EVER find a job on-line in Mexico.  You can contact the nearest Mexican consulte to get more info on a work permit and "moving" to Mexico.
