  1. Everybody has a six pack.

You don't 'grow' muscles, you can only augment them.

So you were probably just very skinny and that's why the muscles were visible.

The best way to burn fat are intense muscle workouts and cardio.

    Try doing sit-ups/push-ups rapidly.

    Try running/biking.

  2. sit ups. dude they work. sit ups are just as effective as a gym. and jpush ups. every night do them

  3. crunches

  4. Try eating balanced meals.  Plenty of boiled vegetables or steamed vegetables if you prefer.  Lay off the starchy stuff - potatoes, rice, bread, cookies, cakes, pie's, brownie's, no fried foods.  Skip the fast food joints.  Someone lied to you if they said McDonald's Dollar Menu is healthy for you.  For snacks, eat grapes, banana's, celery sticks or carrot sticks, etc.  If you freeze grapes and/or peeled banana's, they make a great frozen snack & are good for you. The walking you do, make sure it is a BRISK walk or it won't do you much good.  Good luck.

  5. Start eating healthy, go running, do some push-ups/sit-ups at home, etc.

  6. Everyone is born with that muscle obviously. If you were skinny, you would see those six packs. Working out like performing sit-ups, crunches, anything that goes towards your abs will get rid of those fat.

  7. start running everyday, and lay off the junk food, fast food, and soda. other then that it does not matter wat you eat.

  8. Change your diet and work out.

    o.o

  9. cut down on the potato chips and start working out

  10. Do cardio, such as running, cycling, tennis, basketball etc. and maybe a diet if you think you eat more than you should [rougly 2500 calories per day for an adult male]. If you do weights you don't burn fat you just build muscle.

Just saw the additional details. Well, how much you can eat depends on your height as well. Also if you are used to an exercise [e.g. walking] you don't burn calories with it so fast you need to challenge yourself jog or run. Avoid sugar, eat fruits [they help your metabolism], and limit rice, fatty sauces, puddings etc.
