  1. A pinata could be fun. You could fill it with whatever you like.

  2. Pinatas are always fun for kids... you can buy the pull string ones for the younger kids and the bat worthy ones for older kids. Depending on weather, slip N Slides are the best. You can also have a raffle for the adults but instead of paying for the raffle ticket they have to earn it by doing, saying or not doing ,saying something and then get a couple of prizes together.

  3. FINGER PAINT!!!!!!!

  4. This game is pretty hilarious when played properly:-)

  5. A bucket of sidewalk chalk, crayons and coloring books, cards, weather permitting slip and slide or sprinkler..water always keeps kids entertained.

  6. Simple kid friendly crafts that double as party favors are cool. For example you can have them all decorate their own party hat. Or get a big sheet of butcher's paper to use as a table cloth and let them go to town with art supplies. Check out the kids craft section of your local discount store.

  7. Old fashioned games like Simon says and May I would keep them entertained.

Also my kids loved this memory game:

One person starts by saying something like; I'm going on a camping trip and I am bringing insect spray, the next person repeats this and adds an item, each successive person has to repeat the list and add to it, if they miss an item they are out, last person standing wins a small prize.

  8. How about having arts and crafts?  You could put out containers of washable paint with things for the kids to paint (if you include old shirts for them to put over their clothes their parents will thank you), and paper plates for them to decorate, construction paper, safety scissors, glue, glitter, stickers, etc.

  9. slip-n-slide, water guns and baby pool.  Hula hoops, ring toss, playground balls, tag, kick the can, mark-o polo. divide up the kids.  1 to 5 in one area, 6 to 9 in one area, and 10 and up in another giving each of them things to do.  Put the very young kids where the parents can see them.  The older kids in the back with the squirt guns or something. Parents coming to the party will most likely understand if you don't have anything much for there youngest kid but just putting balls around different sizes they will make up games.  My brother put out kitchen supplies with water and the kids had a blast pretending to cook. Fill a small pool with a bit of Sand for the young ones to play in.  It is easy to dispose of sand. Twister is a good game for the older kids.

  10. google party games

  11. hire a clown...or have your husband dress up as one, and make crazy baloons

    ooooh yeahhhh
