I'm nervous about my beauty mark because of my sister :(?

I have a beauty mark on my left cheek the size of marilyn monroes and i like it but my sister keeps saying its ugly and people prefer clearer faces, its reallly made me hate it, i cover it with cover up but when i cover it up i feel uglier :| i have 3 beauty marks, 1 on my right cheek and 2 on my left cheek. i prefer myself with them. i look soo normal when i cover it up but my sister says everybody hates beauty marks, do you think people prefer them or normal clear faces?

I personally think that beauty marks are cute and if you think that it's beautiful, you stick to your decision to keep it on show. I love my nose but a girl at school said to get a nose job, but I just said to get lost =] You go girl =]

Beauty marks are nothing to worry abut, your sister is probably just saying that to upset you on purpose for whatever reason.

I love beauty marks, heck, i spend 15 mins each morning trying to draw one on properly!

if this makes you feel better:

i have one on near the middle of my nose. it gets annoying a lot of times & it even shows in pictures.

trust me, i'd rather have it on the cheek than the nose.

i have a disgusting freckle in like the middle of my left foot. lol

I have that too! 2 on my left cheek and 1 on my right! At first i was kind of nervous about it too. I thought that when people met me that was the first thing they saw. But i've realized no one cares. Its just a little mole. So don't worry just live life and forget about it.

Oh please girl your sister is just hating on you wishing she had the mole...they are not only s**y people are getting tattoo moles on their face....so ignore her and know that they will make you stand out in a crowd and guys will go after you before they did your sister so don't cover them up if you like them and are happy with them then let them show......take care and sisters are made to make rude comments and express some jealousy you were born with something the didn't....so walk with your head held high and your moles uncovered.

I have one right by my lip on the left side of my face (so when you look at me its on the right)and one on the opposite side of my face kind of on my cheekbone.

I don't feel uglier with/without them, but I do love them and think they're super s**y.

Don't let her put you down, love yourself PLEASE! I use to let people say things about me and I eventually hated myself and the way I looked and now have extremly low self-esteem. I hate to say this but your sis may in fact, be a bit jealous because - NO, not everyone "hates" beauty marks... it's called a beauty mark for a reason (unless it's all hairy and such, but i don't think it sounds like it is).

Be content that you have your full face.  Be happy my dear. besides, you just wouldn't be you without them.

I have a few beauty marks myself & sometimes I feel ugly & that, that is all people see when they look at me but I know deep down its what makes me unique & simply me. DO NOT cover it up. That would be like having no finger print. Beauty marks make you who are. Why do you think so many women DREW ON their beauty marks in the earlier decades!? Because they are beautiful. To be honest, if you feel really uncomfortable about them, then fine, cover them up. But, they are what make you you, and they are called Beauty marks for a reason.
