Ok, I'm going into high school once summers over...and I've got alot of things I'm scared about:

1.I heard that the drama is ten times worse than middle school, is it? Because my middle school had ALOT of drama.

2.I've seen the people at the bus stop and ALOT of them look like gang bangers (I live in a really big city that I'm sure you've heard of.) Anyone else that had this, how did you settle this?

3.The school I go to is REALLY big (3000 people), and I just know that no one I know is going to be in any of my classes, has this happened to anyone?

  1. 1. Well it might be just don't get urself involved in that drama. I hardly ever get myself into drama it is just stupid stuff.

2.Don't worry about the bus stop you will be fine if you really don't feel comfortable just ask one of ur parents to check it out or take you to school.

3.If you don't have anyone you know in ur class then that will give you a chance to make new friends.

Good luck with high school you will love it!!

  2. Relax!

    1) if you dont want drama, stay out of people's business! don't get into the middle of fights and dont gossip or talk behind people's backs, because theyre bound to find out sonner or later. try to seperate yourself from trouble, and if you sense somethings going to end in a fight, just walk away and dont get involved. sometimes when you try to help people, they get defensive and turn on you, so be polite, but don't get too wrapped up in these things. and dont have too much pride- even if you think you're wrong, apologizing and admitting you're wrong even when you know you're right can avoid big problems.

    2) If you think someone's dangerous, STAY AWAY! If you keep your distance, you won't get hurt. If you feel that something might be wrong or dangerous, head in the other direction as fast as possible! But you're probably just over reacting. You're a freshman, and the people that you saw most likely are seniors, at the other side of the school! You are just nervous, they probably weren't really dangerous. You wont have any run ins with them at school, because the're most likely at a diff. end, so you dont really have to worry! At the bus stop, go with a friend, or wait a few yards away and pretend to be busy so they dont bother you.

    3) if theres 3000 people, there are going to be LOTS of people who dont know anyone! Relax and dont stress out about it! you will make a lot of new friends if you make yourself seem inviting. talk to other people who also look lost. compare schedules and if you have any classes together, you can find your way there together. Also, join lots of clubs and activities about stuff you're intersted in, and ther's bound to be other people who share your interests. and if you're still worried, you might be able to call the school guidance counselor and request to be in the same classes as one of your friends.

Just remember to............ RELAX!!!!!!!!!! And dont stress out about it cause worrying does nothing but raise your blood pressure.... YOu'll be fine! there will be a lot of other new people who are just as scared as you, and you'll find out that it wasn't worth the stress!

    Good luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

  3. first, you'll never get through high school if you worry ! relax calm down and chill out! my best piece of advice is to talk to a guidance counselor its thier job to help you with the transition try to visit with them 1 time a month in the end you can voice your opinions and not get in trouble always be true to yourself and remember stay calm!
