Question:

I'm nervous at the start of every year at school and in 4 days im in the 10th year ?

every year is the same and I'm like it for about 3 weeks. breathing stuff doesn't work . lavender stuff doesn't work . and i cant not think about it , i dont know why.i loose a lot of sleep just thinking stupid things , i try to stay positive but i just cant and im really fed up of this and dont think i can take it anymore .its so horrible . please help me

  1. You simply need to relax, and try to do it without drugs.  Clear your mind before going to bed.  That means no deep thoughts, no Y!A and no television right before bed.  When you lay in bed, try to think of nothing, or, try to start at the feet or the head and work your way up or down on feeling the body relax.  This technique requires practice, but it does work.  For added pleasure, try white noise sounds such as ocean or rain drops.  Good luck.


  2. There is this stuff called melatonin, it's herbal so it doesn't make you feel bunged up in the morning. I use it all the time and it's great. You can get it real cheap from CVS off the shelf - you just take it 20 minutes before you go to sleep and its AMAZING. I would recogmend it - I don't like taking tablets either but this stuff is easy.
