Here's what I found.  Good luck..

   1. Click the "Browse" button. This allows you to select a photo from those which are saved on your computer.

   2. Locate and highlight the photo file you want to post. Photos must be no more than 4MB and must be in JPEG, PNG, TIFF, BMP or GIF format.

   3. Click the "Open" button. There might be some delay or lag time while your item is being sent to us, depending on the size of the file and the speed of your web connection.

   4. Add an optional caption for this photo. Be creative!

   5. Click the "Upload" button.
