I'm new to rugby union and want to know the GENERAL opinion of each club (particularly in the Guinness Prem)

A difficult question to answer, given that most people support one team and therefor have a certain degree of bias.

Wasps: Extremely successful club, usually making it in the top 3 premiership teams

Leicester: Similarly successful, enjoying an almost invincible period under coach Dean Richards. Also seem to supply an inordinately large number of England internationals.

Harlequins: The only remaining club to be in situated in London. Often (although less so recently) regarded as something of a 'Posh club'. Rarely successful usually middling.

Bath:One of the oldest english clubs, with a gorgeous ground(The Rec), have in the past enjoyed great success although have been hot and cold in recent years.

Bristol: Up until very recently had always been a stable if not necessarily dominant. Following recent relegation they came back strong.

Sale: A 'newer' club, who have been very successful allround in recent years.

Saracens: Formerly a London team, now moved elsewhere, always seem to have loads of money to throw around on players, but it doesn't seem to be reflected in results, and usually finish somewhere near the middle of the table.

There are other clubs, but I cant think of anything that stands out especially. To be honest, you are better off watching some games and reading some articles, and the clubs websites.
