I'm new to this section of yahoo answers?

Does anyone else find it strange that there are so many women in here answering questions about men's health? Nothing against anyone personally but it just seems off to me. I mean I would never go try to answer questions about having a baby or getting a breast exam.

Not really .. and I only say this because about 90% of the medical community is female

But I agree ..that if she has no knowledge of the topic she should leave her snide comments to herself. ..

yea and then they yell at men who answer in the womans health section. i dont get it

Some women and girls are indeed knowledgeable about men's health problems; that's why there are also women doctors.

We do get a lot of silly teeny-bopper girls who give ridiculous answers and post silly questions which have nothing to do with men's health.

Especially the shallow ones who are just looking for attention or compliments about their appearance.

But many times, women/girls have valid and helpful answers, although with a genital-related problem I would never want to go to a woman doctor; I would want to go to a man who understands exactly how a p***s, testicles, s*****m and prostate are supposed to feel.

If I were a woman, I'd want to go to a woman doctor about genital or breast issues, also.

That isn't sexist, it's just sensible.

Some sections are awfully frank, so limit your perusal to several safe areas. I am avoiding politics lately.

Women are smart. And when we say girls only like 75% of our questions are answered by men. And when guys say guys only women get curious and about 75% of the answers are from girls. Everyone just gets curious.
