Flickr.com is Yahoo's photo website.  If you go to the site, you can log in with your Yahoo username and password and upload your photos there.

it is almost the same as an yahoo acount only that you can upload pics, just go to the regestration site then type in your yahoo ID and make your acount

flicker is what yahoo has replaced there picture options with in your profile. You sign in with your yahoo user name and can post all your pic's there. this all came about due to yahoo not wanting to support the pictures option anymore on there site
