  1. Have you thought about a trip to Spain.? I've heard that a lot of people speak Spanish there.

I once met a Spanish lady in Tesco you could try there as well - try beside the Sangria

  2. try googling it. its the best way. or i forgot wat it was called but watch tv and a lot of learning things . or try even MUZZY if ur a kid! lol

  3. join the club love I live in menorca and my spanish is terrible but the menorcans are very good about it

  4. maybe on amazon.co.uk

  5. why don't you start the fun way?

http://english.songtranslator.net/  gives you the opportunity to search for spanish songs, and you can see the meanings of them

you will be singing in spanish and learning at the same time without even noticing! =]

  6. Good advice rom Metamorphosis. I first learned Spanish through old-fashioned South American songs. Easy and fun. Buena suerte!

  7. The BBC website has an excellent Languages section where you can study all sorts of languages from beginner level.

    www.bbc.co.uk

  8. Hello,

Where books and DVD's can be helpful you still need classes, do tons of homework and mix all you can with Spanish speaking people. When I was young I was not particularily good at French or Latin but later, as an adult I met a nice Colombian girl and then I kicked the doors off the hinges to get into a Spanish language school and got really high marks. More often than not you need some sort of incentive to get into a language and love it.

  9. Look up Micheal Thomas on Google by far the Best course and maybe you can get it free on limewire

Also there are a number of vids on video Jug and Mata cafe and you tube.

  10. Check this site.... http://www.bbc.co.uk/languages/spanish/

Also, you could take it as a gcse and then A-level, I'm fluent and I did the A-level (I know, I was naughty) but A-level Spanish is up to a really high level and you also get to learn a bit about the Spanish-speaking culture as well.

If you do it at uni, you'll get the chance to spend a year abroad which will make a huuuge difference as the language as the best way to learn is to actually be in a country whrere they speak the language.  My boyfriend of 7 years learnt a lot more Spanish in the 3 weeks he spent in Chile than he has from what I've taught him!
