A good friend sent me this email today: http://www.charityfocus.org/blog/ As I watched it, thoughtfully, I felt a solid change occur in my opinion about how I now eat.

If you're Vegan, kindly provide links , quotes or suggested videos or speeches, so I may further learn. Your efforts and sharing will not be wasted.

Thank you.

  1. I encourage you to watch Earthlings.  It's a monumental documentary narrated by Joaquin Phoenix.  There's no going back to an omniverous lifestyle after witnessing the truth behind the food, entertainment, clothing, and medical industries.  I was on the fence from going vegetarian to vegan when I watched that.  I haven't had any dairy or eggs since.  Adopting this lifestyle has changed my life in an amazing way.

    Here's the link - http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=...

It's not an enjoyable film, but the truth is very rarely enjoyable.

    Good luck with your decision!
