I'm not a diet freak but I really do think I need to loose weight, 10 points up for grabs!?

Can anyone tell me some good ways to loose weight, fast-ish?

    You want to LOSE weight, not LOOSE. Your clothes will be loose if you lose 10 pounds.


  2. Yoga and breathing exercises are the best way to lose weight, get in shape and tone up your entire body. You can go with the hard training through gym, but it's not as effective as yoga and its benefits.

  3. Walking, skipping, jogging and bike riding are the greatest and simplest exercises ever and the best for losing weight.  

  4. You can lose weight healthy, and over time, and in big portions.

    Or you can lose it fast.

    The fast way..is to starve yourself eat hardly anything, I did this.

    And I noticed a difference in a week..

    It's not healthy, and your body doesnt receive the nurtrients it should.

    But I will say this, After doing so, my craving for food has dropped, This is make my food consumption SO MUCH easier to control.

    well us girls generally tend to gain more weight on the legs, so squats and running will definitely help. With your feet shoulder's length apart, slowly lower your bottom until your thighs are parallel to the ground...you should probably do this in front of a mirror until you know what it feels like for it to be right. Hold in that position for 4 seconds, then rise up again, keeping your back straight, pushing up from your heels. Thats how you do the perfect squat, and you should do about 2 sets of 12, or however many you can do and you can keep putting your aim higher as you do more and more. Running will help alot to, try a mile a day and see how you can improve then. You dont have to feel like you need to run superfast - take your time. Pushups help your upper body, do 3 sets of 10 pushups, or you can take breaks whenever and just make sure you eventually do the 30 pushups in one day, or whatever you can do right now, and work your way from there. Also, drink alot more water with your meals and cuts back on calories..eat smaller proportions. Thats what I'm doing, and I already lost 2 pounds quickly. Remember, drink alot of water and eat smaller meals and follow the excercises. I hope this helps! Good Luck =)

  6. Why concentrate on losing weight. But if you must, fast is not the answer. Crash, fad diets do nothing but cause you to regain any weight lost and then some. Concentrate on following a healthy way of eating. Give up any processed foods. Eat only natural whole foods from the outer aisles of the grocery store. Your weight will take care of itself.
