I have always been a night runner, thats when i do my best and i really feel in the zone! Im a busy college student and my summer schedule doesn't allow me to run at night, unless i wanted to at 1 or 2 in the morning! I'm the farthest thing from a morning person but if i want to keep running I'll have to at 6 in the morning. Any suggestions? Would coffee help wake me? I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO!!
