I'm looking for products with no milk and most of these are milk free. Shipping is cheap and the food looks tasty. Is it okay to order these items even though many of them are also egg and gluten free? I eat meat and eggs, etc. But I also eat a lot of vegan items as well.

I just want to stay away from anything with dairy in it since it's causing me some problems. Is it bad if I don't consume gluten?

  1. It's way better for your body if you don't eat gluten. Gluten is horribly 'gummy' to your insides and causes alot of problems for alot of people. You don't have to be celiac to have issues with gluten. Don't be mistaken that gluten free foods are also dairy free. Many of these foods contain dairy. You need to look for dairy free foods if it is dairy you are wanting to avoid. Dairy is another food that really makes your system 'gummy' as well. It would be great if everyone were gluten free and dairy free, there would be alot less issues regarding health.

The gluten free items you find in the store definitely have a unique texture and taste to them, and may take some getting used to.

There are also many resources on the internet for gluten free and dairy free recipes that most likely will taste way better then prepackaged items and cost you less money. I found a wonderful recipe for allergen free lasagna to make for my hubby who has food sensitivities to gluten, dairy, egg and soy. The lasagna was a hit at his family reunion, everyone loved it! My daughter is also reactive to dairy so it's exciting to find new recipes that taste good. All I did was google 'allergy free recipes' or something to that nature and came up with quite a bit of stuff.

The website www.bookofyum.com was where I found my lasagna recipe. It is a great resource for all kinds of other recipes as well.
