I'm not bipolar!!!!!!!?

ok i have a baby 6 months ago i was depressed thru all my pregnancy

and after my pregnancy i feel a little relieve then suddenly when my baby was 3 months i became phychotic and delusional and suicidal i end up in a phyc ward for 1 week i was left with depakote abilify and a little dose of seroquel 50 mg but i stooped the abilify and depakote cause i was very sick and it was making evrerything worse then i stay on seroquel paxil and klonopin for anxiety everything was fine but after 3 weeks my phychotic symptoms cameback with vengance and i end up again yn the phychy ward so they tried some differents medication there but everything was making everything worse and i stay on seroquel 200 mg and its been 2 months and that is working good no episodes so far and i lowered my dose to 100 mg cause i'm gaining weight and i feel miserable and depressive then i lowered to 50mg for 1 day but then at night i start feeling confusion and anxiety and i'm taking my regular dose now 100 mg i dont want to depend on medications I"M NOT BIPOLAR i dont believe that i'm just having postpartum depresion and phychosis!!!!!!

  1. Don't worry hun,as they said ''it's all in your head'' everything can be healed by your hope,it's just a chemical imbalance that won't last long if you will think more positive.

    You are not bipolar,is postpartum depression and it's very usual after pregnacy.Wishing you all the best and kiss the baby !

    also i'll sugest for you trying to take rodiola rosea + folic acid + the present antidepressant! really helped me  


  2. Personally, it sounds as if you need a few other professional opinions when it comes to dealing with your depression.  I honestly don't think you're bipolar, but just have a case of the baby blues.  I'm really surprised that your doctors would have you on THAT much medication.  

    I can understand you not wanting to have to take antidepressants, but you can try to make your life a bit better.  Maybe when your baby gets a little bit older you should start walking/running with
