  1. You can leave it alone or you can talk to your doctor and they can give you something to help dry it out.

  2. I don't think you can make it stop

  3. A super tight sports bra or taping yourself down.  I did breastfeed, but when I quit I thought I was going to explode.  This is the advice my mom gave me.  I used the sports bra method and within 3 days I was all dried up.  Wow it is so painful... hang in there.  Good luck!

  4. Towels soaked in witch hazel (found on the alcohol/peroxide aisle at wal-mart) will help sometimes. This will also help soreness and being engorged. Good Luck.

  5. If you're not breastfeeding and haven't breastfed or been pregnant, then you need to see your doctor. You may have a tumor on your pituitary gland that is producing too much prolactin, the hormone responsible for milk production. It will need to be treated. That would be the only way to stop milk production.

If you had breastfed or been pregnant, then talk to your doctor. There is a prescription medication that helps to dry you up. Either way, you need to see a doctor.
