What does it mean if someone says, "Your bounciness is really endearing,"?

From what I can understand, it means that your ability to keep trying never falters or goes away.

Umm which word?  Hopefully "bounciness" refers to your inner energy and not your breast size.  "Endearing" means it's attractive.
