I'm not sure if he likes me the way I like him? Help?

I have a thing for my manager, and I'm pretty sure he likes me too. We both work at Taco Bell. He's 19 and I'm 17. I know it's crazy him being one of the managers at 19. But anyway, he texts me every day.. usually just says "Hey what's up", and last Tuesday we went to see Mirrors and out to eat. Afterwards he gave me a hug and said we should hang out again. He talks to me at work a lot and tells me to text him later whenever he leaves. He smiles at me a lot. I know it's not enough detail.. but idk what else to say. We're both kinda shy. I just wanna know if it's possible for this to go somewhere.
