I'm not sure if i'm prego or not

Question

I quit takin my birth control the week i was suppose to get my period because we decieded to plan for baby #2. I was suppose to get my period the week of July 13th, its Aug 8th and stil no period. I've taking first response, the blood test, and the dollar store pee test and they all say negative. So wheres my period? And today i just start this very weird discharge that u can tell its not blood but almost a brown discharge that smells like sprem. Its strange and i dont have health insurance to go to the ob/gyn. Anyone have any ideas. I honestly feel pregnant i pee all the time, i got real bad cramps one week but no period with it. so i just dont know.

?i can't tell if you are or not pregnant, but you should check it out with a doctor. it can be a s***w up b/c you stopped taking your pill?? but if you are worried about $$$ than take another test in a couple of days a go based on the results.
